Owned and operated by Ed Bull and Gail Adkisson, Creative Clay is Northern Virginia's home for clay.

The 6,000 square foot facility boasts twelve resident artists and dozens of associate members. The studio also provides classes, studio space and workshops to aspiring potters of all skill levels.

Creative Clay Studios offers you an exciting opportunity to introduce yourself to the world of ceramics in a real working studio environment. We provide a convenient, affordable and friendly atmosphere to create, collaborate, and learn. We can inspire the artist in you!

We offer facilities for wheel throwing, hand building, tile decorating, glaze mixing, & oxidation, reduction, Raku and pit firing... Make our studio yours.

John McGirk manages the on-site, full service pottery supply store, previously known as Pine Ridge. John stocks an artist’s essential needs for any ceramic endeavor and provides technical expertise to patrons.
