Creative Clay is Northern Virginia's home for clay artists.

The 6,000 square foot facility boasts twelve resident artists and dozens of associate members.  The studio also provides classes, studio space and workshops to aspiring potters of all skill levels.

Creative Clay Studios offers you an exciting opportunity to introduce yourself to the world of ceramics in a real working studio environment.  We provide a convenient, affordable and friendly atmosphere to create, collaborate, and learn.  We can inspire the artist in you!

We offer facilities for wheel throwing, hand building, tile decorating, glaze mixing, & oxidation, reduction, Raku and pit firing... Make our studio yours.

Creative Clay's Pottery Supply Store is located just next door to the studio. 

We carry over 30 kinds of clay, along with a wide selection of decorating materials, tools, raw materials and pottery accessories. 

We offer firing services to cones 05 and 6.  We also fire to cone 10 in reduction.  Drop off during store hours.

We have an awesome setup for classes here at our studio, a relaxed atmosphere where we try to help you execute your ideas.  We have all kinds of firing methods, different clay bodies and glazes, and excellent teachers.  When you're ready to learn something new, sign up for a class here at our studio.
