There are lots of ways to put a lid on it!

Lids add a lot of value and elegance to pots, and if done correctly can make something average into something extraordinary.
Whether you are making something functional or purely decorative, a lid can make or break a piece.  We can teach you how to make them and make them well!

We'll explore a variety of lid types and look at lots of examples.  There will be demonstrations of the use of calipers and rulers, making risers and galleries, and then practice together.

Basic wheel throwing skills are necessary.

Bring your own clay and bats.
Firing not included.

$25 for Creative Clay Residents, Associates and Students
$35 for all others.
