The Clay Connection
The Clay Connection is our local potters' guild. We highly recommend becoming a member of this wonderful community of clay artists and hobbyists. They sponsor worthy events such as Empty Bowls, put on a great series of events for the membership, host the biannual Mid-Atlantic Clay Conference and provide many other great benefits.
At
Creative Clay, Clay Connection members can check out pottery videos from
the Clay Connection library for a nominal fee and
enjoy them at home. Most of the titles are VHS tapes (are we potters a bit
behind the times?), so hope you still have a working tape player. There
are many true gems in the collection. When you stop by for a class or
workshop or to visit the store, just ask for Gail or Ed and we can
help you pick one you'll enjoy. Join the Clay

Thanks to Rita Goodhope, we now have a nice TV at the studio with a built-in VHS tape player.
Stay tuned, we will be scheduling a once a month Saturday night Popcorn and a Pottery Video. It should be lots of fun, we'll watch a video or two, snack on some nice warm popcorn, socialize and share our love of clay. We'll collect a nominal fee which will help the Clay Connection to buy new titles.
